My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and always serviced well, but there were some missing items like a coffee pot without any coffee and just one coffee mug. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it would sometimes take them 20-30 minutes to check us into the room. The location was perfect for shopping and provided a great night's sleep, although the dining options were a bit repetitive. The hotel offered a good value for the price paid.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and in great condition, but the lack of a door to the toilet room was a surprise for us late at night. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay pleasant. The location is perfect, close to both the airport and the city center.
